Gas heat treatment furnace

The maximum heat treatment workpiece is 1.2m×0.9m×1.5m, and the highest operating temperature is 1200℃. It is mainly used for the heat treatment of small parts. Gas heat treatment furnace: the largest processing workpiece is 2m×4m×1.8m, the highest operating temperature is 1350℃, the temperature difference is ±5℃, Used for annealing treatment of large castings and welded parts and other heat treatments.

500T hydraulic bending machine: used for lifting lug bending, protecting tube pressing, special cooling water pipe pressing , welding parts , etc

There are 6 shot blasting machines for the shot blasting of cooling water pipes and castings.

Hydraulic machine:

Used for making sand cores such as cooling stave bolt holes.

Metal band sawing machine:used for water pipe, protection tube round steel feeding and test specimen dissection

CNC electric hydraulic pipe bender

There are one CNC pipe bender and 3 electric hydraulic pipe benders. All water pipes are cold-bendered with a pipe bender to produce a maximum bending capacity of Φ108*6. The size of the bend is accurate, the ellipticity of the steel pipe is small, and the wall thickness is reduced.
