3. Good effect of water pipe anti-carburizing treatment

The YB/T4073-2007 standard stipulates that no hypereutectoid steel can appear on the surface of the water pipe. The depth of the carburized layer of the water pipe surface of our company's cast iron stave products is better than the anti-carburization requirements specified in the standard.

4. Excellent performance of ductile iron cooling stave core

The core performance of the stave is the most important indicator that determines the service life of the stave. The YB/T4073-1991 old standard once stipulated that the core part of the cooling stave body should be drawn out: elongation δ5 ≥ 6%, tensile strength σb ≥ 320Mpa, but because it is too difficult to reach the standard, YB/T4073-2007 is new The standard only stipulates "metallographic inspection: spheroidization level 3~5, matrix ferrite content ≥ 80%".

The company adopts a special process. The mechanical properties of the core part of the ductile iron stave body with a thickness of less than 220mm can reach: elongation δ5 ≥ 8%, tensile strength σb ≥ 320Mpa. Under normal use conditions, the ball The iron cooling stave can meet the service life of more than ten years.

5. The cooling water pipe has a high ball penetration rate and a small amount of steel pipe wall thickness reduction
