　The Shaoxing County Water Conservancy and Hydropower Bureau organized a meeting on the completion and acceptance of the Binhai Sluice Project in Shaoxing County. Representatives from the owner, design and construction units and related departments of the county's finance, audit, development and reform attended the meeting. After on-site inspection and detailed discussion, the acceptance team agreed that the project has completed all the construction content as required by the contract, the project quality meets the design and specification requirements, the investment control is reasonable, the construction period meets the requirements of the owner, and the completion acceptance has been successfully passed.
The Binhai Gate Project in Shaoxing County is located in the Koumenqiu of Binhai Industrial Zone, Shaoxing County, bordering Hangzhou Bay in the north, the western wall of the east, and the Jiuqi hills of the tidal flat in the south. It is composed of coastal tide gates, control gates and river channels. The total investment is 63.23 million yuan for a water conservancy project with comprehensive functions such as flood drainage and water distribution. The whole project is divided into four contract projects: civil engineering, metal structure production and installation engineering, safety monitoring and automation engineering, office building and restaurant engineering. The construction of the project started on June 1, 2008 and was completed on August 20, 2009. , And the gate was opened for trial operation on January 9, 2010, and all indicators are good.
　　 The completion of the Binhai Gate Project in Shaoxing County can increase the Shaoxing Plain’s direct flood drainage outlet to the Qiantang River, and rely on the Binhai River to form a fast drainage channel for the Shaoxing Plain. It is also an important part of the Shaoxing Plain’s water distribution system. The project was awarded the "Shaoxing "Orchid Cup" Quality Project Award" by the Shaoxing Construction Industry Association and the Shaoxing Construction Industry Administration. It is the first water conservancy project in the county to receive this honor.
